Annette Wolfe, age 67, of Hammond, IN, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2015. She is survived by her husband, James Wolfe; son, Michael (Amy) Wolfe; granddaughter, Lauren Wolfe; sister, Bessie Halfacre; and brother, Roger Oakley. She was preceded in death by her parents, Odis and Helen Oakley; and three brothers, William, Eugene and Lacy Oakley. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN, with Local Joint Council 25 Chaplain, Willie Brand, officiating. Cremation to follow. Visitation will be on Wednesday, at the funeral home, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Annette was an avid reader, who adored her son and granddaughter. She was a champion, for the last 12 years, to brain aneurysm awareness. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Annette’s name to The Brain Aneurysm Foundation 269 Hanover St. Bldg. 3, Hanover, MA 02339.
