Catherine M. Kopczynski of Munster, IN passed away on Friday, November 1,
2019. Beloved mother of Katherine (Joseph) Crescent, Susan (Michael) Pavich,
Patricia (James) Hinkleman, Thaddeus (Marian) Kopczynski and Carol (Edward)
McKernin. Loving grandmother of 14 and cherished great grandmother of 11.
Caring sister of Marie (late Henry) Brzycki. She was preceded in death by her
husband, Thaddeus Kopczynski; daughter, Annette (Rudy) Barcelo and grandson,
Joseph Crescent.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at
10:30 am at St. Thomas More Church, 8501 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Visitation
will be on Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 am at the church. Interment will be at Holy
Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL. In lieu of flowers, contribution to St. Jude
Children’s Research Hospital or Harbor Light Hospice in her memory would be
appreciated.
