Chance Foster Jurgens, age 12, of Munster, IN passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. He is survived by his parents Richard Jurgens and Dawn Twardak-Jurgens, Jr.; sister, Tajaia Danielle Twardak-Jurgens; grandfather, Richard Jurgens, Sr.; aunts and uncles, Diane (Don) Nelson; Holly Twardak; Kathleen (Ron) Otto; Karen (Tim) Creighton; Mike (Michelle) Foster, William (Patrice) O’Toole-Foster and Maureen Foster-Hardigan; and many cousins and friends. Chance was preceded in death by his grandparents, Johnnie Mae and Denver Alexander, Joanne Jurgens and Daniel John Twardak. Visitation will be on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at KISH FUNERAL HOME 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN from 10:00 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. service. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Schererville, IN. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
