David Garcia’s life was defined not by the years he was given, but by the love, faith, and compassion he shared with those around him. Though his passing leaves an immeasurable void, we take comfort in knowing that he has been called home to the loving embrace of our Lord. His legacy as a devoted husband, father, beloved family member, and faithful friend will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

David lived a life rooted in faith, love for his family, and a heart committed to supporting and caring for others. Above all else, he was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Lisa, and a proud and loving father to Owen, Nolan, Emilia, Julian, and Avelina, who were the greatest blessing of his life. He found joy in the everyday moments spent with them and led his children with faith, compassion, wisdom, and unconditional love.

David will be remembered for his kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering willingness to help others. He carried himself with quiet strength and a deep love for family, faith, and community. Those who knew him were blessed by his warmth, humor, and the genuine care he showed to everyone he encountered.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa; his cherished children, Owen, Nolan, Amelia, Julian, and Avelina; his parents, Cruz and Yolanda; his siblings and their spouses; Veronica, Diana, Filipe, Cruz Alberto, Laura, Nelly, Nathan, Ivan, and Brandi; and many extended family members and dear friends who mourn his loss while trusting in the promise of eternal life through Christ.

A Funeral Mass celebrating David’s life and faith will be held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, on Thursday, May 21st, at 10am. The family invites all who knew and loved him to join in prayer as they commend his soul to the mercy and peace of God.

“Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.”

Though he has departed from this earthly life, the love he gave so freely and the faith he carried will remain a guiding light for all who loved him.
