Hope F. Talton, 75, of Lansing, IL, passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. Hope is survived by her soulmate and forever loving husband, John “Wes” Talton; son, Jesse (Sharon) Terrazas; sister Mary (Frank) Esquivel; grandchildren Tyler (Paulina), Seneca, Gabriel; several nieces and nephews, and godchildren.
Hope is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Lupe “Mima” Rincon and her brother, Joseph Rincon.
Hope worked at Trinity Hospital in Chicago for 17 years. She enjoyed going to the casinos, watching the Chicago Bears, and most of all, golfing. She was the happiest when she was playing golf. Hope always knew how to make her family smile. She will be missed very much. May she enjoy the open bar in heaven.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 25th, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at All Souls Catholic Parish at St. Ann Church in Lansing, IL with a visitation from 9:00 A.M.- 10:00 A.M.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made online to The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life of Southeast Chicago.
