Visitation will be Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 3:00-7:00 pm with a funeral service at 7:00 pm at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN.
Jack was a graduate of Southern Illinois University. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
