Larry A. Monak, 85 of Munster, IN passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Rose (nee Gualandi); daughters, Nancy Monak, Susan (Peter) Dekruiff and Diana Moore; grandchildren, Sarah (Brad) Wiltermood and Emily Moore; great grandchildren, Alexandria and Madeline Wiltermood; sister, Lilyan Monak. He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Monak.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 12:00 pm at St. Thomas More Church, 8501 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Visitation will be from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm at the church.
Larry retired from Blaw-Knox where he was a pattern maker. In lieu of flowers, contribution to the Disabled Veterans, dav.org/donate in his memory would be appreciated.
