Len Jarczyk, 88, of Munster, IN, passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Marge, son Jeff (Stephanie) Jarczyk, daughter Laura (Brad) Traviolia, grandchildren: Emma, Cole, Lauren, Ryan, Colin and Alex, daughter-in-law Angela Jarczyk and sister Joan Jarczyk. Len is preceded in death by his son John Jarczyk and sisters Adeline, Loretta and Genny.Len was a “do it yourself” enthusiast and kept busy with his home and gardens. When not working on projects, he enjoyed the outdoors including golfing and visiting the Indiana Dunes during his 30 years of retirement from Lever Brothers. Len loved spending time with his grandchildren and keeping up with all their activities. Len will be deeply missed by his family and friends. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday October 23, 2018 at 10:30 am at St. Thomas More Church, 8501 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 am at the church preceding the Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations to Honor Flight Chicago (https://www.honorflightchicago.org) or Save the Dunes (https://savedunes.org) are appreciated.
