Norman H. Quasny, 85 of Dyer, IN passed away on Tuesday November 25, 2008. Beloved husband for 23 years of Ruth, nee Palitzsch and the late Rose, nee Niksich; Loving father of Gregory (Laura) Quasny, Rodney (Patti), Rhoda Knezevic and Ruthann (Craig) Satalic; proud grandfather of Lucas (Jen) and Magen Knezevic, Douglas and Suzanne Quasny, Craig and Ashley Satalic, Clayton Quasny; cherished great grandfather of Luca Knezevic; Many nieces and nephews; He was preceded in death by his grandson, Jeremy Satalic, two sisters and three brothers. Visitation will be on Friday November 28, 2008 from 3:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. (next to Fitness Pointe) Munster, IN. and Saturday from 9:30-10:00 AM at the church. Funeral service will be Saturday November 29, 2008 at 10:00 AM from St. Paul Lutheran Church 8601 Harrison Ave. Munster, IN. with Pastor Eric Stumpf officiating; Interment, Concordia Cemetery, Hammond, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Paul Lutheran Church or Hospice of the Calumet Area, in his memory would be appreciated.
