Theodore C. Sutkowski, age 91, of Calumet City, IL passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017. Loving husband of the late Phyllis Sutkowski . He is survived by his son, Paul (Karen) Sutkowski; daughter, Cheryl (late Michael) Ebert; grandchildren, Eric (Ashley Taylor) Ebert, John (Amanda) Sutkowski, Adam (Kaitlyn) Ebert and Kylie Sutkowski; great grandchildren, Raine Elizabeth Sutkowski and soon-to-be, baby girl Ebert; and brother- in-law and best friend, Daniel Taraszka. Visitation will be on Friday November 17, 2017 at KISH FUNERAL HOME 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will begin with prayers at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, followed by a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 768 Lincoln Ave. Calumet City, IL offered by Reverend Jacek A. Dada. Interment will follow with Military Honors at Holy Cross Cemetery Calumet City, IL. Theodore served with pride in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was a life-long member of St. Andrew the Apostle Church until he took ill 10 years ago. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Theodore’s name to the Alzheimers Association https://act.alz.org/site/Donation.
