George E. Becchino, 61 of Munster, IN passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Terese (nee Bruckman); son, Robert Becchino; daughters, Nicole (Chad) Brink, Erica (fiancé Adam Lucido) Becchino and Brooke (Steven) Harker; grandchildren, Sophia Brink, Ella Brink and Anthony Becchino; brothers, Benjamin (Susan) Becchino and Raymond Becchino; preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Margaret Becchino and brother, Michael Becchino. Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 3:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN and on Thursday from 10:00-10:30 at the church. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday August 1, 2013 at 10:30 AM at St. Thomas More Church, 8501 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Interment will be at St. Edwards Catholic Cemetery, Lowell, IN. George was a member of St. Thomas More Church, United Trotting Association and Automotive Service Excellence Organization. He was employed as a Service Advisor for the Thomas Automotive Group. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Lung Association or Hospice of the Calumet Area in his memory would be appreciated.
