Helen J. Sanders, age 96, of Lansing, IL, passed away Monday, July 13, 2015. She is survived by her daughters, Mary (Harry) Colias, Shirley (Bob) Hines, Elizabeth Kocal, Janet Adams, Elaine Sanders, and Teresa (Gary) De Young; sister, Faye Burgess; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and niece, Carolyn Stairs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Sanders; grandson, Bill Colias; and son-in-law, Jim Adams. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 17, 2015 DIRECTLY at All Saints Catholic Church 570 Sibley Hammond, IN with a Mass of Christian Burial, officiated by, Father Bruno Socha, OCD. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Schererville, IN. Visitations will be on Thursday, July 16, 2015, from 3:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN and at the Church on Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Helens name to the charity of your choice.
