John Geringer, 90 of St. John, IN formerly of Calumet City, IL passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. He is survived by his sons, John and Richard Geringer; daughter-in-law, Candi (Robert) Geringer-Garza; grandchildren, Kyle (Brianna), Shane, Ryan (Sabrina), Brandon, Daniel and David (Ashley); great grandchildren, Owen, Chase, Angelina and Jackson; niece, Kristina (Michael) Sinisi. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Hildegard in 2012.

Visitation will be Friday, January 29, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 pm with a Funeral Service at 7:00 pm at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. He will be laid to rest next to his wife on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 10:00 am at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL.

John retired from Chicago Bridge & Iron with over 30 years of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions to a charity of your choice in his memory would be appreciated.
