Laverne Femminella, 87 of Dyer, IN formerly of Calumet City, IL. passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Wanda Borowski; daughter, Lorene and husband Dominic Femminella. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Funeral service will be on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 12:00 pm at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 10:00 am -12:00 pm. Entombment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL.
Laverne loved doing ceramics, fishing, and gardening. She was a loving babysitter of several family members including Michael, Courtney and Sarah. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Honor Flight (www.honorflightchicago.org) in her memory would be appreciated.
