Kathrynlee Hasse, 90, of Munster Indiana passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on June 8th, 2018. Lee was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, William A. Hasse Jr. and is survived by their children: Mary, William (Kathy), Robert (Pam) , Jennifer Grow (Bob), Thomas (Debbie) and John (Dawn) along with 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her 2nd husband of 10 years, Dr. George Rasch and his children: George III (Christine), Jim (Terry) and Tom (Cathie) along with 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Her parents were Caroline and Leo Flesch.Lee was born in Springfield Illinois and was a graduate of University of Illinois, Champaign. She was loving mother who was active in the community and various charity organizations. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, her bridge club groups and at her Canadian fishing cabin.Visitation will be held on Tuesday June 12th from 4:00 – 6:30 PM at the Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave, Munster, Indiana and will be immediately followed by a celebration of her life at 6:30. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the SHARE Foundation, Rolling Prairie, Indiana or Hospice of the Calumet Area.
