Uncle Mike, you sure will be missed. From your pranks, to just acting like one of the kids, you were always fun to be around. I'll always remember you for the fun loving man you were. Thanks for showing me that being an adult didn't mean always having to take life so seriously all the time. Now you can go be a jokester again with my grandma.

Uncle Mike I am so sad and sorry I could not see you one last time to say goodbye. The memories I had with you growing up were incredible and will cherish them forever — I'll never forget coming to the church picnics as a kid and having you hand me an entire shoebox of sports cards and memorabilia. You were always one of our favorite relatives to see during the summers and I can't express the sadness the family feels without another Gbur. Love you Uncle Mike, I hope you're pain free and in God's hands somewhere beautiful ?

Dear Alvine and family< Please know that you are in our prayers as you mourn the death of your husband and father. Mike was a true and faithful servant of our Lord. We know that he is celebrating in the Lord's house. He was an example of a loyal Orthodox Christian. May all of you find Peace. Thank you for the gift that Mike was to us.
