Rosemary K. Beltz, 69, of Lansing, IL prior from Hammond and Munster, IN passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2015. Beloved wife of 19 years of Mike Beltz. Loving mother of Collin (fiancé Aurora) McKinney Jr. and Amanda McKinney. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Dortha Peters.Visitation will be on Friday, November 20, 2015 from 3:00-8:00 pm at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Funeral service will be on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will be at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN. A Celebration of Rosemary’s life will also be on Saturday from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm at Lansing Country Club in Lansing, IL.Rosemary was a proud graduate of Hammond High School and recently co-chaired her 50th High School Reunion committee. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Chapter Laureate Gamma Delta, Calumet Region Council where in her 50 years of service she held every officer position including President and honored as Council Woman of the Year. Rosemary was proud to have a career which began at the Jones Clinic and continued at A.W. Chesterton, Carson Pirie Scott and McShane’s Office Supply. Rosemary had many friends, who she considered family that brought joy and happiness to her life, including Judy Davern, her caregiver through her cancer fight.Rosemary loved her German shepherd Rowdy who proceeded her in death therefore contributions to honor Rosemary can be made to the Calumet Area Humane Society in her memory.
