Aimee Nyeita Cox, 49 of Munster, IN passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Steve; children, Victoria, Bryce and Gwyneth; mother, Karolyn Young; father, Tony Daniels; brother, Tony (Jennifer) Daniels; mother-in-law, Cathy (late Wayne) Cox; brother-in-law, Clint (Jessica) Cox; sister-in-law, Laura (Dan) Klimczak; and loving nephews and niece (Corbin, Tony, Adam, Danny, Luke and Shelby).
Visitation will be on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 2:00-7:00 pm with a prayer service at 2:30 pm at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. and on Monday from 9:30-10:00 am at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 10:00 am at St. Thomas More Church, 8501 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Interment will be at Union Mills Cemetery, Union Mills, IN.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Breast Cancer Research in her memory would be appreciated. www.bcrf.org

My deepest condolences to the Cox family. Aimee was one of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of knowing. I worked with Aimee for a year, and we would eat lunch together every day. She always went out of her way to make me feel welcome and included despite the fact that I was new and did not know many people. Her children were truly her pride and joy, and I enjoyed hearing stories about them every day. I will always remember her kindness.
