Anthony J. Sabaitis, 60, of Hammond, IN passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2014. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Cathy Sabaitis; sons, Christopher Sabaitis, Patrick (Arelis) Sabaitis and Anthony W. Sabaitis II; grandchildren, Chloe, Patrick and Kayli; brother, Leon (Lorraine) Leckavicius; sister, Jennie (Phillip) Raskosky. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Hedwig Sabaitis; brothers, Philip and Edward Sabaitis. Anthony was a proud member of the Operating Engineers Local 150. Funeral service will be private.
