Arend Walter Schneider, 40, of NW Indiana passed away Sunday (July 5, 2015) at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago after a sudden illness. Arend was born April 22, 1975 in Hammond IN, the son of Walter D. Schneider and Toni (Shafer-Schneider) Greiner. Arend is survived by three children, Jasmine, Maddox and Layla, daughter Grace is anticipated to be born to Arend and his love Meagen Finneran on July 10, 2015, his parents Walter, of St. Anne IL and Toni, of Hobart IN, two sisters Erica White of Portage IN and Lisa Schneider of Huntington Beach CA. Arend was uncle to Taylor, Lane, Zoe and Cole. Visitation and Funeral Service will be held at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave., Munster, IN 46321. Visitation will be 2:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday, July 10, 2015. Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 11, 2015. Doors will open at 9:00 AM. Memorials may be made to the family.
