Preceded in death by his wife Ethelyn Joyce 4/21/2014 and sister Marie (late Bob) Bernau.Member of St. Paul Lutheran, Munster, retired bricklayer Inland Steel. He served in WW II, Army PFC, purple heart recipient.Special thanks to caregivers Yolanta, Jenni and Dutchess and his special friends and staff of the Red Lobster, Munster. Visitation will be on Monday, March 6, 2017, 3:00-8:00 p.m. and March 7, 2017, 10:00-11:00 a.m. followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN. Interment at Chapel Lawn, Schererville, IN. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Honor Flight, Lutheran Hour Ministries or charity of choice. May God grant him peace until we meet again.
