Arthur R. Swiderski, 77 of Lansing, IL passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2010. Beloved husband for 29 years of Linda Swiderski; loving father of Gary (Rosalinda) Swiderski, Donna (Gregory) Trembczynski, Mark (Julia) Swiderski, Cary (Debby) Klager, Sharon (Gary) Johnston, Leslie (William) Berry and Lorrie (Gary) Maul; cherished grandfather of 14 and great grandfather of 2; fond brother of Florence Swiderski and Sylvia Bisaga; several nieces and nephews; preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Visitation will be on Saturday, August 14, 2010 from 2:00-5:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. (next to Fitness Pointe) Munster, IN. Funeral service will be on Saturday at 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Arthur served with the U.S. Army, retired from Commonwealth Edison after 40 years of service, former School Board President at Lincoln School in Calumet City, IL and an avid bowler. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Heart Association in his memory would be appreciated.
