Barbara Lynette Ramirez-Leep, beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, passed away suddenly on Monday, December 23, 2024.

Barb, as she was known by her family and friends is survived by her loving daughter, Brandi; and parents, Richard and Dianne Ramirez Sr.  Barb was proud to have been raised in a loving home with her older sister and four brothers, all of whom she is survived by. They include Lisa (Skip Cortese), Chris (Angie), Richard Jr. (Jill), Johnny and Joe (Lindsey); She will also be remembered by all 12 of her nieces and nephews.

Barbara was a lifelong animal lover, having owned and/or cared for countless animals throughout her lifetime, everything from hamsters to horses. Barb was a fun loving and free-spirited individual. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege to call her a friend.

Her friends and family will gather at KISH FUNERAL HOME 10000 Calumet Avenue Munster, IN on Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. with a service at 7:00 P.M. We hope that you can join us.
