Betty C. Miedema, 87 of Dyer, IN passed away on Monday, September 30, 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry (Rodger) Norris of Munster, IN; son, Craig (Laurel) Olson of Schererville, IN; grandchildren, Renee (John) Paseka, Ryan (Sarah) Norris, Rebecca (Randy) Hoyle, Ashley Norris, Erik Olson, Neil Olson and Vanessa Olson; great grandchildren, Ava, Grant, Addison, Finn and Crosby; brother, Dale (Loretta) Crow of Lakeland, FL. Visitation will be on Friday, October 4, 2013 from 3:00-7:00 PM with a funeral service at 7:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Interment will be private at Oak Hill Cemetery, Chicago, IL. Betty was a great people person, most of all, loved her family.
