Betty Lou Kroll, 84 of Park Forest, IL passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2012. Loving mother of Elizabeth (David) Collins, Beverly (Greg) Cooper, Sharon (Bill) Long and Clarence “Gary” (Golden Child) Kroll Jr.; cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Arron, Matthew (Jennifer), Jordan, Justin, Michael, Phillip, Amy, Nicholas, Zachary, Matt and William; caring great grandmother of Alyssa and Abigail; fond sister of Gene Fish, William (Joyce) Fish and Beverly Ann (late Dean) Blackerby; preceded in death by her husband, Clarence G. Kroll; parents, Joseph and Sarah Fish; brothers and sisters, Jerry Fish, George Fish, Margaret Fish, Juanita Fish, Josphine Moorman, Vida Mae Trunnell, Joe Henry Fish and Lydia Pastor. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 from 2:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Funeral service will be on Thursday August 16, 2012 at 2:00 PM with a visitation for 1 hour prior to service at the Mt Carmel Baptist Church, Ramsey, IL. Interment will be at the Mt Carmel Cemetery in Ramsey, IL. Betty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She was a very hard worker, an avid bowler, bowling in a league until she was 80, former member of the American Legion, loved the St. Louis Cardinals, reading, doing crossword puzzles, playing cards and sitting down with her grandkids to play Nintendo.
