Christine Norman, 89 of Munster, IN passed away on Monday, November 16, 2009. She is survived by her daughter: Margaret (late Jerry) Smith; grandchildren: Steve (Jill) Norman, Lisa (Duane) Jansma, Faith (John) Leegwater, Mitchell Smith and Teresa (Patrick) Michels; 10 great grandchildren; brother: Pete Jacobs; sister: Maggie Kuiper; daughter in law: Bonnie (late Henry Norman) Boomsma; many loving nieces and nephews; preceded in death by her husband: Gerrit Norman. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Herman Schutt officiating at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. (next to Fitness Pointe) Munster, IN. Interment, Oakridge Cemetery, Lansing, IL. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00-11:00 AM. Christine was a member of the Munster Christian Reformed Church and very active in the Coffee Break at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the church would be appreciated.
