David Joseph Myslive, 77, of Highland, IN passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2013. He was born in Hammond, IN on May 16, 1935 to Carol and Frank Myslive. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Jean and his children, Jean Carol (Scott) Vukovich, Laurie (James) Jamroz; loving grandfather to Jeff Vukovich, Erin Vukovich and Jimmy Jamroz; sister-in-law, Bea Myslive; nieces and nephews; preceded in death by his parents, Carol and Frank Myslive; brother, Richard Myslive; brother-in-law, John Stefek. Dave served with the U.S. Army from 1954-1957, stationed in Korea. He retired in 1990 from Inland Steel at the #5 Roll shop as a machine repairman. He will be truly missed. Per his request, services will be private. A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
