David McRoberts

David McRoberts, 69 of South Holland, IL passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Cynthia (nee Terandy); sons, Don (Carolyn) and Michael (Ann) McRoberts; grandchildren, Patrick and Daniel McRoberts; preceded in death by his parents, Hugh and Bernice McRoberts. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 3:00-8:00 PM with a service at 8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Interment will be on Friday at 11:30 AM at Marseilles Riverview Cemetery, Marseilles, IL. David was a Cub Scout leader for Pack 939 and Assistant Boy Scout Leader for Troop 939, South Holland, IL. He was involved with the Thornwood Booster Club, FOP #6 Associate member, Interim Board Member for Lake Thunderbird Association, CEO of Cardinal Steel Company, NRA member and Wounded Warrior Supporter. In lieu of flower, contributions to the FOP #6, 725 W. 138th Street, Riverdale, IL, 60827, in his memory would be appreciated.
