Diane Lynn Forde, 52, of Munster, IN passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2015. Beloved wife for 22 years of Jim Forde; loving mother of Jimmy and Amanda Forde; cherished daughter of Richard and Anna Mae Dagian; caring sister of Cathy (Mike) Stanton and Karen (Richard) Wetzel; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 3:00-8:00 pm with a prayer service at 3:30 pm at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN and on Friday from 9:30-10:00 am at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Thomas More Church, 8501 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN.
