Dorothea R. Baker, 89 of Lansing, IL passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2012. Beloved mother of Roger (Andrea) Baker and Peggy Baker; Loving grandmother of Joshua (Erin) Baker, Matthew Baker, Christopher (Kristin) Blickhan and Jason (Shelia) Blickhan; cherished great grandmother of Sophie Baker, Daniel, Sean and Maggie Blickhan, Jessica, Ashley and Jacob Blickhan; Fond sister of Betty (late Randal) Carpenter, Donagene (Ray) Breshock and Ronald (Mildred) Sturtz; many nieces and nephews; Preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Woodrow Baker and brother, Edward (Virginia) Sturtz. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Interment of her cremains will be on Friday, March 9, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
