My deepest sympathies to Dr. Jack’s family. He was a caring and generous person, and an amazing OB/Gyn, always putting his patients first. He was so respected by his physician colleagues and the many nurses/techs etc.. who worked with him. His sense of humor was witty and quick. Now reunited with his Magda. May his memory be a blessing.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I had the wonderful privilege of scrubbing with Dr Schwartz and his great wife and partner Magda for many years at Saint Margarets Hospital. I enjoyed their professionalism and very caring attitudes. Lucille was their regular scrub but when she had vacation or had the day off, I got to go in their room. May God bless them both and my most sincere condolences to their children and family. May he rest in peace.
