Eileen E. (nee Donohue) Edinger, age 92, of Munster, IN passed away Monday October 12, 2015. She is survived by her nieces, Peggy Greenya and Mary (Jeff) Nagel; nephews, Mickey (Kathy) Greenya and Dan (Carla) Greenya; and Becky Edinger; great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Edinger; and step son, Bill Edinger. Funeral services will be held on Friday October 16, 2015 DIRECTLY at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church 500 Northgate Dr. Dyer, IN with a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial officiated by Reverend Charles Niblick. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Schererville, IN. Visitation will held on Thursday October 15, 2015 at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and again at the church on Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until Mass. Eileen was an avid Notre Dame fan. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Eileen’s name to SHARE Foundation P.O. Box 400 Rolling Prairie, IN 46371-0400.
