Elizabeth “Betty” A. Gainer (nee Judae), age 99 of Munster, IN, formerly of North Chicago, IL passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. She was born on June 20, 1924. Elizabeth was one of six sisters. She was the wife to Jerome D. Gainer who preceded her death. Elizabeth was a wonderful mother to seven children. She was an avid reader, gardener, hobbyist, and spent most of her hours volunteering with the Carmelite Home in East Chicago, IN. Elizabeth will be sorely missed by many.
Funeral Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Elizabeth’s name to the Carmelite Home in East Chicago, IN.
