Emily G. (nee Anderson) Jacobi, age 83, of Highland, IN, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017. Emily G. (nee Anderson) Jacobi, age 83, of Highland, IN, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017. She is survived by her daughters, Sherrill (Buddy) Freeman and Debbi (Kevin) Kiefer; grandchildren, Angela (Richard) Wilkie, April (Ryan) Gierman, Kevin (Crystal) Kiefer and Kyle Kincaid; great grandchildren, Ryan, Jr., Catlin, Christy, Marissa, Matthew, Carinne and Allie; sisters, Gladys (William) Young and Nancy Kikkert; and nephew, Greg (Deb) Kikkert. She was preceded in death by her parents, Noble and Mabel Anderson and her husband, Paul A. Jacobi. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN with Pastor Steve Conger officiating. Interment will be private. Visitation will be on Friday, at the funeral home, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and again, on Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. until the 10:30 a.m. service. Emily was retired from American United Life Insurance Co. She was a member of the Munster Keenagers and enjoyed all of her Bingo friends. Emily was a member of the Ridge United Methodist Church in Munster. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of the Calumet Area in her memory.
