Esther Tate, 92, of Hammond, IN passed away on Friday, April 25, 2009. She is survived by children: Sharon (Robert) Damptz of Hinsdale, IL, the late Lawrence (Alice) Tate of Monument, CO, Thomas (Maureen) Tate of Westchester, IL and Terrie Tate of Hammond, IN; grandchildren: Elizabeth Eliopoulous, Edward Damptz, Devin Tate, Dawn Johnston and Loren Roach; great grandchildren: Nicholas, Catherine, Sarah, Daniel, Zachry and Marshall; preceded in death by her husband: Lawrence M. Tate. Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. (next to Fitness Pointe) Munster, IN with a funeral service at 7:00 PM.
