Florence A. Hegedus, 85, of Munster, IN. passed away on Friday, February 6, 2009. She is survived by her daughters: Kathy (Gary) Catto and Patty (Tom Harmon) Hegedus; son: Kip Hegedus; grandchildren: Jessica and Jonathan Catto; sister: Grace (Joe) Mihalov; preceded in death by her parents: William and Stella (nee McSemek) Kaminsky; husband: John Hegedus and sister: Ruth “Dolly” Burkhardt. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 10:00 AM from St. Maria Goretti Church, 500 Northgate Dr. Dyer, IN, Fr Charles Niblick officiating. Interment: St. John Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Visitation will be on Monday from 4:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. (next to Fitness Pointe) Munster, IN. Florence was a longtime resident of Munster, IN.
