Georgene Ann (nee Dremonas) Koulianos, age 66, of Cedar Lake, IN, passed away Friday, April 22, 2016. She is survived by her parents, Peter and Ann Dremonas; children, Kimberly (George) Mavros and Peter Voris; grandchildren, Charlie Mavros, Alex Mavros, Zoe Voris, Anastasia Mavros, Ethan Voris, Michael Mavros and Kennedy Voris; brother, Christopher (Janet) Dremonas; Aunt Sophie; and many loving cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, George D. Koulianos; and grandmother, Christine Dremonas. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 DIRECTLY at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church 7021 Hohman Ave. Hammond, IN, with Rev. Fr. David Bissias, officiating. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery Hammond, IN. Visitation will be held Monday, April 25, 2016 at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., with Trisagion Service at 6:00 p.m. Georgene was passionate about cross stitching and knitting, and loved spending time with her adorable grandchildren.
