Gualberto R. Dizon, Jr. M.D., age 83, of Munster, IN, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2016, with his wife and children at his side. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Belen R. Dizon, M.D., his five children, Romeo (Terry), Roel (Benilda), Belinda Dizon-Gibson, Aileen (Steven) Hrinda, Gilbert (Rochelle), his eleven grandchildren, Mariel, Matthew, Gabrielle, Kelsey, Marco, Michael, Matthew, Catherine, Mila, Ava and Noa; great grandson Carson; brother, Jose (Susan); and nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 with a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thomas More Catholic Church 8501 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Visitation will be on Friday, November 11, 2016 at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Calumet Area 600 Superior Ave. Munster, IN 46321 or the University of Chicago.
