Maria Pavletic left a message on April 24, 2026:
My heart is heavy saying goodbye, but also so full of love for the incredible man Gust Panos was. He carried such a beautiful spirit, even at 90 years old. I was always in awe of his energy and that gentle, loving smile he shared every time we were together at a family outing. I think of Yia Yia Maria often, and the way she always told me to “live life”. He truly honored that every single day. Watching him live with such joy, is a gift I will always carry with me. I miss my mom every day, and I know the ache of losing someone so dear never really goes away. But I find comfort in imagining the most beautiful reunion, her there to welcome him with open arms, along with so many others. May you rest in peace, Theo Kosta. You will always be remembered and always be loved.
