Hannah L. Levin 88, of Munster, IN formerly of Hammond and Highland, IN passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2011. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Leona Levin; nephews, Leslie Levin, Tracy (Lee Guyette) Levin and Daniel (Beth) Levin; great nephew, Anthony Reyes; great nieces, Adriana Reyes and Hope Levin; preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Belle Levin and brother, Harry Levin. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN with Rabbi Michael Stevens officiating. Interment will be private at Kneseth Israel Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 9:00-10:00 AM at the funeral home. Hannah retired from Illinois Bell after 45 years of service. She was a member of the Workman’s Circle Hammond, IN. She loved to travel and took a safari in Africa and toured parts of Australia. She loved the theater and attended many productions in Chicago. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Jewish Federation of Northwest Indiana in her memory would be appreciated.
