Harry G. Jasperson, 79 of Hammond, IN passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 4, 2012. He is survived by his daughters: Lynn (Thomas) Long and Sandra (Leo) Bogusz; grandchildren: Sgt. Eric (Kim) Long, Keith Long and Samantha Bogusz; great grandson: Colin Long; sister: Aliene Goggins; sister-in-law: Pat (George) Rodgers; special aunt, Eve Jasperson; many nieces, nephews and cousins; Preceded in death by his loving wife, Lorraine (nee Hisnick) on February 15, 2010. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 9, 2012 at 7:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Visitation will be on Friday from 2:00-4:00 & 5:00-7:00 PM. Harry was a life member of both the American Legion Post 232 who will post colors on Friday at 7:00 PM and the Painters Local 460; He enjoyed fishing and bowling. In lieu of flowers, contributions to a charity of your choice in his memory would be appreciated.
