Henry “Hawk” Garrison, 67 of Hammond, IN passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2012. He is survived by his beloved wife, Helen; loving daughters, Amy and Elizabeth Fairfield; faithful companions, Stella and Snoopy; Preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Fay Garrison. Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 from 2:00-8:00 PM with the Garfield Lodge 569 will be holding a Masonic service at 7:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Hawk retired from the Hammond Police after 24 years of service. He was a member of Garfield Lodge #569 F&AM Highland, IN, Scottish Rite Valley of South Bend, Orak Shrine of Michigan City, IN serving as 1st Ceremonial Master along with Parade Chairman for the Motor Patrol Unit. Royal Order of Jesters Court 43 and Benevolent Order of Crabs Claw Chapter 9; Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Hammond, IN and F.O.P. Lodge #51; In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Shriners Hospital for Children www.donorrelations@shrinenet.org in his memory would be appreciated.
