My deepest condolences to your family. I knew Mr Soczyk way back when he was on CCPD and also the Chief of the CCPD. He was a good man and a fair man. RIP sir.

I just saw Hank with Sandy having lunch at The Rivera not long ago. I'm so sorry to hear the news. What a great man to pay tribute too. I asked Hank when I saw him if he remembered my Grandfather Art Blackburn and he said ""Sure, that was a long time ago." Those two men were founding members of the first FOP lodge in the state. That's why Calumet Cities FOP lodge is lodge #1. Indeed a long time ago but not forgotten. RIP Hank. My condolences to the family. I'm sorry that I can't be at the service.
