I could sit here writing stories about my mom and how she was everything to us and this household or how she spent every moment of her life being the selfless person that she was till the end. It's safe to say all of us that were touched by her knew that already. Instead I will tell you about my last touching moment with my mom because as much as it was my last moment with her awake she left something for all of us. This past Sunday, exhausted and heading home, for some reason I felt this sudden urge to go see her and then fell asleep next to her on the couch. Around 4:30, something startled me out of my sleep, I jumped up turned on the light and there she was. Mom was staring right at me as wide-eyed as can be with her arm reaching out to me and says to me, "Come give me a hug." So I do telling her I love her and she tells me she loves me too. It’s what's next that I believe she wanted me to pass on to all of you that knew & loved her. She grabs my hands and says, "No matter what, I love you all." I truly believe this is what she wanted you all to know, her love for us all is still here and will never go away. Now you can rest peacefully mom. If anyone earned it, it’s you.

Mom is finally at Peace.Nobody could have asked for a better mother in law.Anytime we needed her she was there for us. My children are so blessed to have had such a wonderful Grandmother(Oma).I remember the day we brought home her first grandchild.(Kyle)I couldn't even get in the door because she was standing there with her hands out to take him.She was so excited ! She helped me take care of him as if he were her own. From that day forward, the family gave her 5 more grandsons and one great grandson. She held their hands and now their hearts forever. She will be deeply missed
