Irene E. Harney, 79 of Munster, IN passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, John; daughter, Maureen (Paul) Fleetwood; brother, John (late Dolores) Singel.
Visitation will be on Monday, April 14, 2014 from 3:00-8:00 PM with a prayer service at 3:30 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN and on Tuesday from 9:30-10:00 AM at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas More Church, 8501 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Interment will be private.
Irene was a loving, wife, mother and sister who will be missed by everyone who knew her. She was a member of St. Thomas More Church and retired from Match Point Tennis & Fitness.
