Jack L. DeBoer

October 30, 1952 - February 22, 2013

Jack L. DeBoer, 60 of Munster, IN passed away suddenly at home on Friday, February 22, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Patricia; sons, Nicholas and Benjamin DeBoer; brother, Jerry (Debi) DeBoer; sister, Jeannine (Don) Boldenow; preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Edna “Rusty” DeBoer. He was employed by Children’s Memorial Hospital as the Director of the Clark-Deming Outpatient Center. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 from 3:00-8:00 PM with a funeral service at 8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. Jack was a wonderful husband and father, patient and kind. He loved to take care of his family and his home. He was a fantastic cook. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking. All who knew him loved him. He will truly be missed by his family and friends; also by his furry friends, Josie Marie, Jethro and Tobias. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Humane Society Calumet Area, Munster, Indiana.
