A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday October 26, 2009 at 10 AM at Saint John Fisher Church 10234 S. Washtenaw Av. Chicago Il. 60655. Friends may visit with family from 9:30-10 AM at the church. Private interment at Abraham Lincoln cemetary. In lieu of flowers,memorial contributions to the Alzeimer's Association in Jackie's memory.
