Jeanette Bolek, nee Mosca, 78 of Munster, IN passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2013. She is survived by her son, Larry (fianc√© Jo-Lynn) Bolek; daughter, Sandra (Richard) Pellar; grandchildren, Adam and Nick Pellar; siblings, Ron (Barbara) Mosca, Emil (Elaine) Mosca and Geri (Larry) Wiley; sisters-in-law, Bea (Jack) Madigan and Milly Mosca; many nieces and nephews; preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Bolek; brother, Fred Mosca; sister, Shirley (Kenneth) Reed; parents, Emil and Edith (nee Farnelli) Mosca. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN and on Thursday from 10:00-10:30 AM at the church; A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday August 8, 2013 at 10:30 AM at St. Thomas More Church, Munster, IN. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Jeanette was a talented artist and an exceptional cook. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Jeanette was a longtime member of St. Thomas More Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Hospice of the Calumet Area in her memory would be appreciated.
