Jeremiah Putnam Beecher, IL formerly of Dolton, IL Jeremiah Putnam, age 74, passed away November 14, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Barbara; sons: John (Lauri) Putnam, Arthur Putnam, and Edward (Lisa) Putnam; daughter, Elizabeth (Mark) Ross; grandchildren: Shannon, Jeremy, Brandon, Bryan, and Brett; sister, Faythe Howard and brother, Zane Lamberes. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 18, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. (next to Fitness Pointe), Munster, IN. Cremation to follow. Visitation Thursday, November 17, 2011 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Jeremiah was a self employed painter with his best friend, Art. Jer's lifetime hobbies included bow hunting and spending mornings at the gym. He was a dedicated fan to his grandchildren and never missed an opportunity to enjoy life with his loving family and many friends.
