Joaquin Amado Andrade, 37, of Chicago, IL passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 22, 2009. He is survived by Ana Tobias and children, Alec and Juliana; parents: Dr. and Mrs. Juan Andrade, Jr.; siblings: Juan III, Carlos Javier, and Elena Noemi, their spouses, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Friday, November 27, 2009, from 3:00-8:00 P.M. at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave. Munster, IN. The funeral service will be private. In lieu of flowers, it is respectfully requested that donations be made to the Joaquin Amado Andrade Memorial Fund, c/o the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, 431 S. Dearborn, Chicago, Il, 60605.

To my Loving family,I did not get to see Joaquin as much as I would have like too, but I can remember whenever I would, he always had a smile and a funny story to share with people. Uncle Johnny, Aunt Helen, Mimi, Juan, and Javier, I am keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I love you all.

Joquin, a true friend. My first friend and neighbor when my family moved to Bexley. I have so many fond memories of those days that will never be erased. To the entire Andrade family, from the Ramey family we cry with you and you have our deepest sympathy and respect. Joaquin was a wonderful man and I am blessed that I knew him.
